Minimum 2-3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment (solar or electronics industry preferred)
Experience with inspection tools, testing equipment, and quality control documentation
Engaged in photovoltaic quality management for at least 3 years, familiar with customer factory inspection and system audit, with strong management and communication skills familiar with the corresponding standards and requirements for photovoltaic product manufacturing and certification
Proficient in Microsoft; MES software
Proficient in 7 QC methods
Familiar with customer factory inspections and system audits
Experience in ISO 9000 System
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail; good organizational skills
Excellent time management: proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Requires prolonged standing, walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
Heavy Work-Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20pounds or force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees/visitors as well as function safely around equipment
Must be able to perform all job functions which include, but may not be limited to, pushing, turning, and/or pulling of controls
