Proven ability to read and interpret complex building plans, architectural specifications, and site regulations
Minimum of 5–10 years of experience managing mid-to-large scale commercial or multi-family construction projects
Demonstrated proficiency in construction management software, specifically Procore and Microsoft Excel
Extensive experience in complex renovation projects and site development through final delivery
Location: St. Louis, MO (In person)
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Solid understanding of building codes and the ability to coordinate permits for work within public rights of way
