Strong time management skills
Minimum 2 years of continuous welding experience, preferably with aluminum or steel in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Perform basic math calculations required for measuring, assembling, and troubleshooting
Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time
Exposure to outdoor weather temperatures
Set up and adjust welding equipment as needed
Ability to use various measuring tools
Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Work overtime when required to meet customer demand
Follow all safety procedures, including wearing required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), submitting maintenance requests, and reporting hazards to coworkers and management
Ability to communicate in English
Rotate between tasks or stations as required to support production schedules, team needs, or safety recommendations
Frequent bending and turning at the waist
Learn and operate multiple machines or jigs within the assigned job area
Read and interpret complex instructions, blueprints, and measuring devices

Ability to work with a variety of exotic materials (i.e.: Aluminum, Carbon Steel, Copper, Stainless Steel, etc.)
Can perform math including algebra and basic trigonometry.
Can fully read and understand welding procedures.
Have mastered and have excellent proven understanding of all of the processes performed by ETW.
Ability to perform open root welding in fixed positions.
Can read and understand blueprints and welding drawings to properly lay out parts.
A clean disciplinary record are essential
Minimum 5 years' experience to be eligible for this role
Passing weld qualification tests for the following but is not limited to: GTAW, GTAW-P, Tri-Pulse, SMAW, SAW, PAW, GMAW or FCAW
