Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to pass State & Federal background checks to access military bases and Federal facilities.
Civil Engineer license or active progress toward licensure is a plus.

Strong experience in masonry or masonry/concrete repair projects
Deep understanding of subcontractor-specific PM responsibilities (material coordination, change orders, detailed logistics)
Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent field experience
Highly organized, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple concurrent responsibilities
Skilled in reading plans, scopes, and specifications
Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with project control logs, submittal systems, and billing documentation
