Experience managing ground-up construction, site work, concrete, structural systems, framing, MEP coordination, and finish trades.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, submittals, and schedules.
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
OSHA certification preferred.
Must be willing and able to travel nationwide 100% of the time.
Must be comfortable working away from home for extended project durations.

GW Mechanical

Huron, CA

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing or mechanical estimating.
Proficient in FastPipe, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel.
Proven experience interpreting architectural plans and wet-side mechanical specifications.
Strong understanding of operational logistics, including planning and project scheduling.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet critical bidding deadlines.
