Experience in restaurant and retail construction is preferred but not required.
Must be able to read and understand blueprints.

Proficiency in using a computer and smartphone for general correspondence is required.

Documentation: Take daily and weekly photos, conduct weekly safety meetings, and complete weekly updates and reports.
Schedule Management: Review job progress, adjust tasks to keep the project on schedule, and plan ahead by coordinating contractors and material deliveries.
License: Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
Travel will be required for this position.
Project Coordination: Review and coordinate all work on the job site to ensure project success.
Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce job safety protocols and ensure compliance with government laws and regulations.
Construction Documents: Read and interpret construction documents such as plans, scopes of work, contract agreements, and operational manuals.
Quality Control: Inspect work in progress to ensure it complies with specifications and meets or exceeds the standards of our clients and B&L; Construction.
Communication: Effectively communicate with the B&L; Project Manager, subcontractors, material suppliers, and the client's team (management, administration, operations, and vendors).
