Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent experience) plus eight (8) years of experience in a high speed manufacturing environment with a mechanical/electrical background required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, & Outlook) with the ability to learn new applications as required.
An understanding of Safe Quality Food (SQF), responsibility for Food Safety /Food Quality and the responsibility to take action when notified or becomes aware of any Food Safety or Food Quality issue.
Must be flexible to work alternate shifts if production needs allow.
Physical - Continuously standing or walking.
Regular requirements to lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight.
Visual/Sensory - This position requires regular need to give moderate attention with one or two senses at a time.
Climate - This position requires the incumbent to have the ability to work in ambient hot and/or cold seasonal environments.

8+ years of capital engineering project based experience.
Experience managing projects in the $100k -25 Million range
PMP certified or the ability to obtain certification within 12 months of employment.
Experience with technologies including CSD, Juices and Teas, Aseptic, manufacturing equipment including Fillers, Cappers, Conveyance, Packers, Palletizers, Control Systems, RO, and Batch/CIP systems.
Ability to travel for overnight travel +50%
Ability to work independently as a 100% remote employee.
