The ability to read, analyze and interpret technical data, setup sheets and travelers is required.
Proficiency with basic level math skills is necessary, including: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
Requires the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
The ability to interpret a wide range of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form is an on-going requirement.
This position requires standing and walking for the majority of the day.

The work environment for this position is that of an industrial machine shop/production facility.
Employees may experience loud noises (at varying levels), sharp edges (tooling and material), oil, and coolant, throughout the workday.
Eye protection is required.
Employee will come in contact with acids, cleaning solutions, alcohol, chemicals, and inks.
Basic computer skills with the ability to operate within a MS Windows environment.
Usage of Data Collection software and ERP system is required.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
10-15 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction
Proven experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules
Must reside in Salem, OR or Portland, OR
This is a remote position with travel required for projects throughout the region.
This position will require up to 60% travel throughout the designated portfolio.
