Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Finance, or related field
2+ years of experience supporting program management, financial operations, or administrative processes within a government or defense environment
Experience with Army Support Agreements.
Experience reviewing and tracking agreements for compliance, audit readiness, and policy alignment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting
Experience managing trackers, dashboards, and status reporting for leadership
Experience supporting or implementing G-Invoicing processes
Familiarity with ASA (ALT) and FM&C; policies and procedures
Experience preparing executive-level briefings and reports
Knowledge of federal financial management and reimbursable agreement processes
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
