Skilled with trowels, floats, screeds, rakes, and other concrete tools (manual and powered)
Must be able to read blueprints
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must own personal hand tools
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working in various conditions (heights, enclosed spaces, weather)
