Must have a good understanding of all mill equipment and how it affects yield, recovery, and mix.
Must be physically capable of bending, reaching, lifting, and able to work in extreme environments, (hot, cold, rain, snow).

Skilled in troubleshooting three-phase 480V systems, 24V control panels, motors, and PLCs.
Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLC platforms
Proficient in hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair.
Familiarity with ISO 50001 energy systems and Significant Energy Uses (SEUs).
Support ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems compliance.
