Previous experience in a painting role, preferably in an industrial or maritime setting
Knowledge of brush and roll painting techniques, including surface preparation and paint mixing
Physical stamina to work in varying environmental conditions and to stand for prolonged periods
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
Ability to work cooperatively with a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills
Must have one to three years of experience with hand brush and spray painting application, or be SSPC C-12 Certification accredited
Specific vision abilities required include close, distant, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus
Team members must occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
The role involves working under extreme hot or cold conditions and requires the physical ability to stand for the entire shift, use hands for various tasks, ascend stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear
