3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 2 years of facilities maintenance experience.
Specialized training in industrial maintenance and welding preferred.
Strong knowledge of: Mechanical systems; Hydraulics; Pneumatics; AC & DC motors and motor controls; Conveyors and drive systems; Preventative maintenance practices.
Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
Thorough knowledge of welding procedures and safety practices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attendance and reliability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production.
Physical ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
