Minimum of 5 years of residential construction project management experience.
Proven experience managing residential remodels or renovations from start to finish.
Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, change orders, RFIs, and field documentation.
Ability to read plans, drawings, scopes of work, and project specifications.
Experience coordinating subcontractor bids and managing vendor/subcontractor performance.
Strong communication skills with homeowners, designers, architects, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities across active projects.
Comfortable working from job sites and coordinating remotely without a central office.
Strong attention to detail, especially around luxury finishes, client homes, and finished materials.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs, walk active construction sites, climb ladders, and work in typical residential construction environments.
