Bachelor's degree in Engineering
8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Progressive leadership responsibility, including supervisory experience in quality, operations, or engineering
Demonstrated experience leading teams through continuous improvement efforts, step-change performance improvements, innovation, capability expansion, or organizational change initiatives
Experience with plant startup and establishing quality systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
