1+ year of experience in residential construction
High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training preferred
OSHA 30-hour certification required; Construction Supervisor License a plus
This person needs an active driver's license
Able to read plans, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure
Must be able to climb ladders/stairs and lift up to 30 pounds
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required
Exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions—PPE and training provided

Unit Size: More than 500 units and/or multiple communities totaling 500+ units
More than 5 years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
Advanced computer skills and industry specific technology to coordinate and help respond to resident/management requests for the property.
Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work independently
Prioritize tasks
Assigning tasks to multiple teams
Required Certifications: EPA Core, Type I-Appliances, Type II-HVAC, Certified Pool Operator
Required to provide own (industry-specific) hand tools.
Lifting up to 50 pounds.
Full range of motion with upper and lower body. Continual movement including, but not limited to: standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs.
Ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation.
Push or pull items and reaching overhead.
Operation of a motor vehicle onsite, if applicable.
Exposure to all weather conditions.
Understand and complies with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and all other safety requirements.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local code and internal policies, initiatives and systems regarding maintenance.
