5+ years of progressive social media management experience
Strong journalistic or professional writing background with a proven portfolio of compelling, story-driven content
Demonstrated success managing multiple platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and growing audiences organically
Bachelor's degree in journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, other related fields, or equivalent working experience
Experience building and managing executive/CEO thought-leadership channels
Experience managing multiple channels and content development and output during live events
Excellent project management skills and comfort operating at a manager level with ability to own strategy while executing at a high volume
Technical aptitude and experience with platforms like Microsoft Office Suite (Sharepoint, Teams), all social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X), Sprout, and MarTech Project Management platforms
25-33% travel throughout the year
Location note: ACE's home office is located in the Denver Tech Center, in person candidates preferred, but open to remote work depending on experience
