Proven success supporting large and complex accounts, including building and maintaining key customer relationships, informing programs and promotions, and negotiating solutions to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communications skills (authentic, adaptive, persuasive).
Analyzes the customer's business and develops solutions leveraging Distribution products and services.
Successfully collaborates within a team environment and reaches across organizational and functional boundaries.
Experience with building materials products. Familiarity with Distribution Center's products, their selling features/benefits, and the competitive products around them.
