Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience in a Senior Operations Plant Manager role

Experience with manufacturing methodologies: Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Theory of Constraints, bottleneck management; KANBAN, takt time, lead time optimization; Root cause analysis tools (Fishbone, 5 Whys)
