4-7 years of progressive accounting and/or financial analysis experience
Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle accounting operations
Experience preparing financial statements and supporting external audits
CPA, CMA, or MBA required!
Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, or job-shop environment strongly preferred
Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or equivalent ERP)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, financial modeling, and data analysis
Solid understanding of GAAP, cost accounting principles, and manufacturing finance
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, concise reports for non-financial stakeholders
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data integrity and deadlines
Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative working style
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Lift minimum of 15 pounds
