Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong attention to detail and excellent color perception.
Comfortable working on both Mac and PC platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communicator and team player.
Flexibility to balance office-based design work with hands-on production support.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly (50 lbs. occasionally).
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, heat, and machinery.
