The Materials & Planning Analyst is a critical role responsible for planning, scheduling, and optimizing the end‑to‑end flow of material through the manufacturing process.
Owning routing decisions, production sequencing, and machine assignment based on raw material characteristics, customer promise dates, and operational constraints.
Production plans are both executable and optimized for business performance.
The Analyst continuously evaluates production results, adjusts plans in real time, and drives improvements through better planning logic, system accuracy, and cross‑functional alignment.

High School Diploma/GED preferred
1+ years' warehouse experience
Experience using Warehouse Management System (WMS) a plus
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to safely perform job duties
Ability to frequently lift and move items of varying shapes, sizes, and weights
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull throughout shift
Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
