Prior experience with set-up, operation, and maintenance of die cutting machinery
Experience working with dies, plates, stripping, blanking, and tooling setups
Ability to read and interpret job tickets, work orders, and production specifications
Skilled in performing machine adjustments and fine-tuning to meet quality standards
Basic mechanical aptitude for routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Demonstrated ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, to support production and measurement tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards
