Operating equipment to carry out each step correctly
Pay Details: $31.00 to $33.00 per hour
Experience operating end mills and lathes
Develop a plan of action to manufacture parts according to specifications
Setting up equipment required to complete each step of the manufacturing plan
Operating machining tools to build or repair precision metal and tools that meet precise specification, using technical drawing and by setting up and operating of a wide variety of machine tool equipment
Machinist
Analyze specification charts, samples, and drawings to gain a thorough understanding of requirements for completing the assigned task
Inspecting finished parts for flaws and defects
Measuring and marking raw materials needed to manufacture parts
Maintaining equipment located throughout the machine shop
Monitoring the production process and intervening when problems arise
A base pay rate of $33/hr
