Creative Content Manager

Must be 21 years of age or older.
4+ years of content, brand, or creative marketing experience with at least 1–2 years in a management or lead role.
Proven ability to develop and execute omnichannel content strategies (social, email, ecommerce, retail merchandising).
Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen sense for brand voice and product storytelling.
Experience directing photography and video production (in-house or with vendors).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects) or equivalent tools.
Experience with CMS/ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and basic familiarity with HTML/CSS.
Solid understanding of social platforms, community-building tactics, and platform best practices.
Data-driven mindset: experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, native social analytics) and tracking content KPIs.
Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a small-team environment.
Experience creating compliant marketing for regulated or restricted industries and working with legal/regulatory teams to approve content.
Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills; comfortable hiring and developing creative talent.
Ability to travel occasionally for shoots, events, or vendor visits.
