Must be 21 years or older and be eligible to work in the United States.
Must have basic proficiency in electrical/plumbing repair. (Including but not limited to 1-3 years' experience working in greenhouse maintenance OR completing basic residential repairs including: connecting a sink, digging drainage tunnels, laying down new pipes, identifying a breaker, connecting wires under supervision, and following safety requirements related to electrical safety such as lock-out tag-out.)
Must be able to complete work at heights above 10 feet while using adequate fall protection
Must be able to work in all Greenhouse conditions including wet, humid, dusty, dirty, and extreme hot/cold temperatures.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently push/pull racks on wheels of up to 100lbs, and occasionally move benches or product of up to 50 pounds.
Job requires employees to be on their feet for long periods of time, sit, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Must have specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, and color vision
Must be able to work as a part of team and communicate in a timely and respectful manner when speaking to clients, other greenhouse teams, managers, and coworkers.
