Minimum 8 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain operations, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of modern warehousing techniques, logistics operations, special handling and storage requirements, and shipping alternatives.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and supervise employees.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and proactively.
Proven ability to establish priorities, work independently, and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address recurring operational challenges.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to travel domestically as required.

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required
New hires are required to attend 1 full week of New Employee Orientation on day shift, normally 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Must successfully pass background check (includes criminal history, Child Abuse and Neglect Registry, and ABI/FBI fingerprint check)
Minimum of two years relevant experience in a psychiatric setting/patient care preferred
Hands-on expeirence with office equipment, i.e. fax machines and printers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills, i.e., reading, writing, and speaking
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
Thorough knowledge of how to access local resources
Understand and honor the established hospital rules, regulations and Policy and Procedures
Good leadership qualities which includes self-control, patience, and empathy
