Experience in plastics (preferable Injection Molding)
Mechanical and basic machinist background required
Must be able to use micrometers, calipers, and read metric measures
Computer knowledge Microsoft Office 2003 or above

Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours
Must have appropriate vision to perform detailed quality inspection as outlined in SOP's and TP's

Tool & Die Journeyman certification
Associate's Degree in Machine Tool Technology (or related field)
Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Tool & Die Maker in a manufacturing environment
Experience using hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
All candidates must successfully complete the 3M Maintenance Testing Selection Battery (MTSB) as a condition of consideration for employment.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application to be eligible for employment with 3M.
