May use fixed or variable measuring instruments where work instructions require checking dimensions and recording results

Recognize need and arrange for repair or calibration of measuring equipment used in performing the work as necessary
Follow proper procedures to perform inspection checks and verification of dimensions and make sure that Work Instructions are being followed
Flexibility around shifts for training and to maintain workflow, to include overtime
HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Support and promote continuous improvement activities to meet business objectives
Perform simple mathematical computations to determine pass/fail results based on allowed tolerance
