Systems engineering experience with system integration, verification, and test leadership on complex embedded/software-intensive systems (preferably in enterprise-scale programs)
Familiarity with configuration management, defect tracking, baselines, and governance of test artifacts
Experience coordinating architecture and verification planning with IT/IDT&S-like organizations and integrating across multiple IPTs
