Solid understanding of food safety regulations, OSHA standards, and sanitation practices

Physically able to handle the demands of a high-volume kitchen environment
Reliable transportation

Lead and manage daily kitchen operations across AM and PM shifts, keeping quality, cleanliness, and guest experience at the forefront
Work alongside the Kitchen Manager to set prep levels, maintain recipe standards, and keep the line running smoothly during peak periods
Handle opening and closing responsibilities, POS management, and cash handling
Serve as the bridge between front of house and back of house to keep service flowing without disruption
Put systems in place to reduce waste, protect inventory, and support overall kitchen profitability
