Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs
Ability to meet physical demands including reaching, climbing, bending, walking, standing and performing repetitive work
Ability to work occasional weekends and Holidays
Must be able to follow directions and work well with others
Strong organizational and cleanliness requirements ( Organized and clean )
Proficiency with maintaining environmental control, fertigation, pest control, and inventory management as part of cultivation duties
Experience with transplanting, feeding, cloning, propagation cropping and assisting with inventory management
Experience with pruning, de-leafing, harvesting, and general plant care in nursery/cultivation settings
Experience with mixing soils and nutrients to recipes and managing reservoirs to maintain pH and PPM
Ability to perform routines including weekly/daily inspections of equipment and light fixtures, irrigation tubing, water aerators and pumps
Ability to conduct inspections for pests, pathogens, mold, fungi, disease or other undesired conditions
Experience with basic sanitation of equipment and cultivation areas
