3+ years of hands-on experience developing embedded control systems for electromechanical products
Experience supporting regulated products (e.g., UL, IEC, FDA, CE)
Experience with PCBA development, ICT/FCT testing, and design for manufacturability
Experience with circuit design and simulation
Experience with data acquisition systems, automated testing, and technical documentation
Familiarity with Lean / PPI methodologies and continuous improvement systems
Strong foundation in embedded control system design for thermal products
Experience developing and reviewing control algorithms (PI/PID) and embedded firmware
Proficiency with PCB design tools, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Programming experience in C, C++, or equivalent object-oriented languages
Qt framework experience highly desired
Familiarity with microcontrollers, RTOS environments, and embedded operating systems
Knowledge of digital and analog circuit design, signal conditioning, and simulation tools
Experience with serial and networked communications (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth)
Exposure to IoT platforms, cloud connectivity, and embedded data architectures preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
