Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred
Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and start-up activities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation
Complete production documentation and use required systems (SAP, Veeva, etc.)
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate problems when necessary
Work collaboratively with team members to meet safety, quality, and production goals
Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Monitor production lines to identify issues, rejects, or equipment stoppages
