- 6-10+ years of Mechanical Design experience.
- Experience creating complex mechanical and/or electro-mechanical designs to meet customer requirements and specifications.
- Knowledge and experience in industrial and machine design
- Take on a lead role in product development
- Understanding of different manufacturing processes: machining, grinding, lapping, additive manufacturing, wire EDM, sheet metal fabrication etc.
- Proficiency in CAD modeling using SolidWorks
- Proficiency in GD&T; and related standards for drawing creation
- Familiarity with engineering processes (e.g. FMEA, tolerance stack-up analysis, etc.)
- US Citizen or green card holder required
- Required travel time is less than 5%
- Initial travel up to 20% may be required as part of training activities for the first year or two
