Must be at least 18 years old
Read, write, and speak English in order to understand and follow safety procedures, interpret work instructions, complete required documentation, and communicate effectively with team members
Understand and adhere to our safety guidelines and procedures
Willing to be trained on PIT equipment—e.g., Cherry Picker/Order Picker, High Reach, Movexx, Pallet Jack, Walkie Rider, etc.
Walk up to 2 miles per shift
Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Frequently lift up to 70 pounds using an optional team lift
Rarely lift greater than 70+ pounds using a team lift
Stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel
Climb up and down stairs (where applicable)

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in traffic control and safety, including crew work and formal industry training
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Viewpoint (with training provided)
Deep understanding of state specifications for traffic control devices and materials
Knowledge of industry involvement through trade associations or coalitions with state DOTs or similar organizations
Experience managing crews and equipment in remote locations
Experience developing employee schedules, managing personnel on projects, and ensuring timely completion of paperwork
Experience coordinating labor needs for projects, including sourcing and scheduling external labor
Experience planning and scheduling projects efficiently and cost-effectively
Experience overseeing safety and compliance, including DOT and safety training for employees
Ability to travel as needed for project oversight and customer interaction
Ability to manage revenue recognition, forecasting, and reporting in collaboration with accounting
Ability to understand and manage 24/7 availability including evenings, weekends, and extra workdays to meet project deadlines
