Previous paving or construction experience preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and contribute to team success.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Travel: This role requires extensive travel—up to 100% to project sites across New Hampshire, based on operational needs.
Work Environment/Physical Demands: This position works both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. It involves heavy physical work, including moving objects weighing up to 100 pounds or more. The role requires working on or near moving mechanical parts and loud equipment. Employees must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, walking, reaching, driving, and repetitive motions.
Employees must be able to communicate effectively in noisy environments and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
