Be able to pass an in-person spray paint performance test

UL 508A certification (or equivalent verifiable UL 508A training/credential) and hands-on experience working in a UL 508A panel shop (Required)
Valid driver's license
5+ years of experience building and wiring industrial control panels in a manufacturing or systems-integration environment
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, panel layout drawings, and wiring diagrams
Solid understanding of industrial control components (breakers, contactors, relays, VFDs, PLCs, power supplies, terminal blocks, etc.)
Working knowledge of NFPA 79 and NEC/NFPA 70 as they apply to control panels
High attention to detail and commitment to producing neat, well-organized, and clearly labeled panels
Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable giving and receiving feedback and helping others learn
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
