Three (3) years professional experience as a generalist including experience with recruitment/employment practices, employee relations, eeo/aap administration, management development and leave of absence administration required
Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, and federal regulations required
Some travel required

Required to use glass and multipurpose cleaning products
Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service

Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

Ability to work both independently and with others
Ability to organize, prioritize and complete assigned tasks to maximize productivity within established timeframes
