Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
Successfully completed a secretarial science program from accredited college or university
Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
Have a minimum of six (6) months experience in a clerical role
Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: patient rights, and safety and sanitation
Knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in the post acute care facility
Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Life Care's _Code of Conduct_ and completes mandatory _Code of Conduct_ and other appropriate compliance training
High school graduate or equivalent
Sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours
Understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and e mail
Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
