3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
Preferably in SaaS
Proven ability to manage multiple strategic accounts or operational projects
Hands-on, operationally minded, with a passion for system accuracy and site-level execution
Positive attitude and remarkable ability to build rapport from initial conversation and throughout the client lifecycle
Accountable, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong technical attitude, with general knowledge of software, dashboards, analytics, and CRM platforms
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for site visits
Familiarity with the automotive or rental car industry is an advantage
