Identify sources, screens, and schedules top-quality candidates for open opportunities
Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching for specific roles
Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements
Conducts moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyzes results, and modifies as appropriate to meet needs inventory
Coordinates and consults with hiring managers to understand clients' specialized needs better, maximize service level and encourage relationship building
Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met
Ensure that clients and candidates receive excellent service
Responds to temporary employee inquiries and escalate further as necessary
Build and maintain relationships with associates and clients
Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
