Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri from 9am to 5pm; Sat from 10am to 3pm
Pay: $19-$23 per hour

Answer phone calls, texts, and customer questions
Help customers with payments, policy documents, identification cards, and basic account updates
Follow up with customers when additional information is needed
Update customer information in our computer system
Assist the office team with general customer service tasks
Provide polite and helpful service to current and prospective customers
Friendly and professional communication skills
Dependable and organized
Comfortable using a computer, email, and text messaging
Willing to learn
Insurance experience or licensing is a plus, but not required
