Minimum of 5+ years of experience in packaging and process equipment line maintenance of machinery in food or beverage manufacturing facility
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, internet explorer) required.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills required.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to support cross functional teams including quality, operations and production.
Experience with automation including highly complex mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, PLC, instrumentation and motion controllers required.
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
Reliable and able to maintain consistent attendance
Willing to work overtime as required

OSHA 10 or equivalent or willingness to obtain this certification within 60 days of employment
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand and power tools
Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
Install cabinets, siding, drywall, and other fixtures
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Must provide personal tools, i.e., tape measure, box blade, screwdriver, drills, saws, etc. (full tool list will be provided)
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license
Ability to climb ladders safely
Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform related duties and responsibilities of this job, such as lifting, pulling, and managing heavy equipment and objects
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or 65 pounds without help
Prepared to work in all weather and must be prepared for extreme heat or cold
