High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year previous manufacturing or related experience.
Read and understand drawings with complex configurations, work instructions and test procedures.
Take shared responsibility for Quality.
Understand standard units of measure.
Set-up and interpret results of various measuring devices.
Perform standard software operations including SAP.
Sit, stand, reach, bend, sometimes lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 pounds without assistance.
Use power and hand tools.
Consistently perform work within the established cycle times.
