Serve as the primary technical and commercial bridge between Solstice and the world's most influential technology architects
Responsible for positioning our advanced low-GWP refrigerant portfolio and thermal solutions as the gold standard for next-generation chipset and facility cooling

Act as a subject matter expert to advocate for HFO-based cooling technologies (e.g., two-phase direct-to-chip) versus traditional cooling methods
Identify early-stage hardware design cycles and ensure Solstice thermal solutions are designed into future chip architectures
Provide strategic “outside-in” market insights to guide internal roadmap development (3–5 year horizon)
Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategic Marketing and R&D; to develop white papers, case studies, and performance benchmarks
Represent Solstice in global industry bodies (e.g., OCP, ASHRAE) to influence data center cooling standards
Translate complex thermal and chemical performance data into compelling business value propositions for stakeholders
