Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Administration, or a closely related field.
A high school diploma or GED combined with progressively responsible, directly related experience may substitute for an Associate degree.
Progressively responsible experience supporting and administering enterprise technology environments, including infrastructure, systems, networks, applications, and end-user services.
Experience leading, supervising, or coordinating the work of staff, teams, projects, or technology initiatives.
Experience supporting technology security, system reliability, backup and recovery, and operational continuity.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues, implement technology solutions, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Demonstrated commitment to equity, and inclusion practices, including the ability to apply an equity lens to decision-making and service delivery.
Experience supporting technology operations in a K–12 educational organization, educational service district, or public agency.
Experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies, virtualization, cloud services, networking, and cybersecurity administration.
Experience leading technology projects, infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, VMware, ITIL, CISSP, or similar credentials.
