Demonstrated experience supporting or modernizing legacy applications.
Strong experience with C#, Visual Basic, Python, .NET Framework, and modern .NET (including .NET Core / .NET 6+).
Working knowledge of SQL Server, including schema review and impact analysis.
Experience working with Crystal Reports or comparable reporting platforms.
Advanced troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar systems.
Demonstrated experience planning and executing moderately complex technical work with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear technical documentation and explain technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience mentoring junior analysts or serving as an escalation and guidance resource.
Ability to prioritize across operational support, project execution, and documentation responsibilities.
Willingness to support on‑site activities as needed.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
