Associate's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years' Experience providing end-user and infrastructure technical support.
Must be on site at Woodridge, IL facility (on-site requirement).
Required hours are 10am-7pm.
Some On call shifts are expected.
Ability to work within an office environment.
