2+ years of experience in truck body installation, heavy equipment assembly, or quality inspection
Ability to use hand tools, measuring tools, and torque devices
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
Ability to work in indoor or outdoor installation environments
Ability to read and interpret installation drawings and schematics
Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems strongly preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to climb onto and around truck bodies and frames
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds with or without assistance
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work around heavy equipment
Understanding of hydraulic and basic electrical systems
